WHY BE AN ENERGY GAME CHANGER?

WHAT IS A GAME CHANGER?
A “game changer” is someone or something that leads to a breakthrough – a new way of thinking and acting around something that seems set in stone. In this case, an energy game changer is someone who embraces energy conservation, renewable resources and innovative behaviors with an eye toward the future.
The educational in-school program Energy Game Changers is designed to get elementary and middle school students interested in energy conservation, along with their families. Schools who sign up for the program receive:
- Live in-school theatrical performances of the 25-minute Project ENERGY show for grades K-5 or the 40-minute Energy Game Changers show for grades 6-8
- Supplemental print and digital curriculum aligned with state and national standards, offering interactive games and activities to extend the learning beyond the show
- Access to request free Energy Kits through MyEnergyKit.org, featuring measures for at-home installation to achieve real energy savings
Through this program, students, educators and families all have the chance to become energy game changers and work for a brighter future.
